Shipping policy

KD Sneakers Shipping Details:

1. In order to ensure that the sneakers can be delivered to you accurately, we hope that each customer can fill in the correct Whatsapp ID in the order (if there is no Whatsapp, we hope that you can tell us your INS or Email in the order notes) so that we can contact you! We will contact you within 24 hours after receiving the order and verify the delivery address.

2. KD Sneakers will provide quality inspection pictures (if necessary). KD Sneakers will send you quality inspection photos before shipment (1-5 working days to process). If you are not satisfied with the sneakers, we can replace a pair for you or refund you in full! After you confirm the QC, we will ship and provide tracking details (via whatsapp, facebook or email).

3. If you don’t want quality inspection pictures, we can ship faster (2-3 working days to process). After shipment, we will provide tracking details (via whatsapp, facebook or email).

4. For shipping methods, we usually use DHL, Fedex, UPS or EMS, etc., depending on the country. Of course, we will choose the best shipping method for you.

5. The delivery time is 10-20 days after shipment.

6. We charge a logistics fee of 35 US dollars per pair of shoes (ordinary shoes).

For heavier or larger shoes, we charge more than 10-20 US dollars (depending on the weight of the shoes and the volume of the shoe box.)

For slightly farther countries, we charge more than 5-20 US dollars (depending on the country)

Note: The United States uses dhl US small package, and European countries use double tax clearance. The shipping cost is 35-49 US dollars (footwear), and heavier shoes will be charged extra.

7. After the package is sent out, it may show that the tracking number is invalid. This is normal because there will be a forwarding number after arriving at the carrier's warehouse. We will provide forwarding within 2-5 days (via whatsapp, facebook or email).
